Astral Booking (“we”, “us”) runs astralbooking.com, where clients book appointments with tattoo studios and other businesses (“studios”), and studios manage their bookings. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.
What we collect
- Clients who book: your name, email, phone number, date of birth (only to confirm you are 18 or older), the time and service you book, and any note you write for your artist.
- Studio owners: your name, login email, studio details (name, address, hours, services, prices, team), your clients and bookings, and the settings you choose.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (like IP address and device type) to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To make, show and manage bookings, and to take deposits for the studio.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders.
- To keep the service safe (for example, stopping one device from making many fake bookings).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The studio you book with sees your booking details so they can serve you.
- Service providers that run the platform for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (studio owner logins) and Cloudflare (hosting and database). They only use the data to provide their service.
- If the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information while the studio's account is active, so the studio can keep its records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); some payment records may need to be kept longer for tax and legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@astralbooking.com. If you booked with a studio, you can also contact the studio directly. This site stores a few things in your own browser (like your saved details and favourite studios) so you don't have to retype them; you can clear them anytime in your browser settings.
Children
Astral Booking is for people 18 and older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be shown on the site.
